Hetatsuki is cutlery inspired by the stems of vegetables. It focuses on the "vegetable stems" which are often thrown away when eating. Incorporating this element into the cutlery, makes food appear as if it has been transformed into a piece of fruit. The cutlery is also functionally designed so that the tip does not make contact with the table when placed on it.
This product has been exhibited and sold at Milano Design Week.
